Scalloped Potatoes

Making scalloped potatoes is so simple.


1 cup of milk 2 Tbsp flour mixed with 1 tsp each salt and pepper 8 medium potatoes, washed and sliced thin Butter 1 chopped yellow onion a sprinkle of paprika

Pour 1 cup of heated (not boiled) whole milk over the top and sprinkle with paprika.  

Bake at 350 for about one hour, or until a knife slides through the potatoes without resistance.  Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes to brown the top.
